Refund policy for Covid shutdowns or Act of God:

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product(s) or service(s) are purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product/service on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product/service description before making a purchase.

Piel Canela Dance School shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that classes are cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrences or any other event that renders performance of this dance school impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: a pandemic, war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Piel Canela Dance School will make every effort to offer a substitution event in the case Piel Canela Dance School cancels because of a fortuitous event or Act of God.

Photo & video release policy:

I hereby give permission for images captured during Piel Canela Dance School classes & events through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Piel Canela Dance School promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
